The Philippine State College of Aeronautics or PhilSCA is the aviation state college of the Republic of the Philippines with its main campus located at Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Aside from its undergraduate courses, it is the only institution in the Philippines that offers masters and doctoral programs in aeronautical education and management. It was initially established in 1967 as Basa Air Base Community College by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to address the problem plaguing the 5th Fighter Wing of the Philippine Air Force stationed at Basa Air Base, Floridablanca, Pampanga. Most of its graduates are employed in the AFP, Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Philippine Aerospace and Development Corporation, Air Transportation Office, as well as by local and international airline companies, aeronautical colleges and flight schools, and aircraft repair stations.
